Welcome to my web site, a window into my world. Water has always been an important part of my life. I learned to sail and skate about the same time I learned to walk (see photo of me at age 3 sailing). In my home town of Winnetka, just north of Chicago, the weather had a tendency to change frequently and dramatically. Thus it was not unusual for me to skate on H20 that was warmer than the H20 I would sail on! Today I find myself facing another challenge, namely the English Channel. As part of this undertaking, I am raising money for some great water-related charities. If you appreciate the oceans and marine life as much as I do, whether it is to swim, sail or watch a magnificent whale breach, I hope that you will support me in my challenge and the causes I am benefiting through my adventure.
